1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on Jodioo or using our applications, you agree to these Terms of Service. Jodioo is designed exclusively for private communication between paired partners.
2. Account Pairing & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your device and the pairing codes generated by your account. Jodioo creates a dedicated 1-on-1 private link with your partner. You may unpair or disconnect from a partner at any time through the in-app settings.
3. Permitted Use & Conduct
Jodioo is a private relationship space. You agree not to use the service for illegal activities, transmitting malicious software, or attempting to compromise the encryption protocols of the application.
4. Local Data & Backups
Because Jodioo does not retain permanent cloud copies of your chats on remote servers, you are responsible for maintaining your device storage and utilizing on-device backup options when transitioning between phones.
5. Subscriptions (Jodioo Plus)
Core private messenger features remain free forever. Optional VIP aesthetic perks (such as additional nature soundscapes and custom wax stamps) may be purchased as monthly subscriptions or passes.
